Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Commercial rights can be discussed for an additional fee.I own all rights to the work. Do not use my work in any AI program, this is strictly prohibited.
I will be allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I retain the right to include the artwork in my portfolio.Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most three (3) months max to complete the commission just in case something arises. I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit to one of my many social medias.Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.
-Payment
Payment is via PayPal, Venmo, or Ko-Fi. I require full payment before I begin working on any orders- Payment plans can be discussed.Full refunds are available before work has begun on the order. Once work has begun, only 50% will be able to be returned for refund.I retain the right to cancel, or deny work for any reason. In the event I am made uncomfortable by the client, or simply cannot complete the work for any reason, my best will be done to insure a full refund.
-Process
Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will send full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting via email, discord, or in app messangers. If client has a preference, they are encouraged to say so. No physical product will be delivered.
